Dental Practice Manager Region East (m/f/d)

In order to ensure our quality requirements, we are looking for a dental practice manager (m/w/d) for our practices in East Germany (Dreieck Magdeburg-Berlin-Chemnitz).

Your duties

Professional care of up to 10 Acura-Praxen in all organizational and administrative matters Contact persons of the practical staff (especially on-site practical managers) for everyday questions of practical management and support of practices in daily practice (management, organization, assistance, personnel etc.) Direct communication with the medical directors and local practice managers regarding everyday and conceptual issues Continuous strategic development of the practices by creating recommendations for action and implementing implementation plans in coordination with the Acura management and the medical directors Organisational interface between the Acura management and the practices (practice and team organisation) Internal interface to other business areas (finance, IT etc.)

Multiannual experience in practical management as a practical manager, ZMV or ZFA, ideally with leadership experience in personnel Successfully completed professional dental training, e.g. dental specialist (m/w/d), dental administration assistant (m/w/d), merchant/medical department, etc., or comparable qualification Good knowledge of current MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of common practice management systems (Z1, DS-Win, Charly) Pragmatism, proactivity, flexibility Quick understanding and willingness to work into new tasks Friendly and sovereign occurrence Travel readiness and spontaneity combined with a pronounced organizational talent
