Our intensive care unit may be small – but it has a great heart: six beds, a dedicated, warm team and a common goal – to provide our patients with expertise and humanity as best as possible.

The Evangelical Hospital Alsterdorf belongs to the medical societies of the Evangelical Foundation Alsterdorf. It is an academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital of Hamburg-Eppendorf and has a special assignment for the medical and nursing care of people with disabilities. The Evangelical Hospital Alsterdorf currently has 327 fully-stationary and 91 substationary beds. We think care of people. For this, we need strong teams that can be routine and want innovation.

Overview of tasks

• Supply of intensive patients with disorders of vital functions as an important part of the interprofessional team in the 3-shift system
• Application of current expertise and implemented care and care concepts and evaluation of the measures taken to their effectiveness
• Monitoring the invasive and non-invasive therapy of intensive patients entrusted to you and taking life-saving measures
• Participation in the Internal Reanimation Service

We are looking

• A completed training for the health and nursing staff*in, nursing staff or a university degree in the dual Bachelor's programme Care
• Required specialist training Anesthesia / intensive care or with experience in intensive care
• You are able to work together with your colleagues is important
