• Preparation and presentation: You prepare food in the à la carte and buffet area according to our quality standards and ensure an attractive presentation. • Quality and hygiene standards: You consistently implement our HACCP specifications and ensure consistently high product quality. • Team collaboration: You support your colleagues in daily work and contribute to a smooth running in the kitchen. • Further development: You bring in new ideas and continuously develop your cooking technology.

• Completed training as a cook (m/w/d) or first professional experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen • Passion for fresh products, creative dishes and precise work • Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) • Loadability, team spirit and flexibility – even in stressful moments • Structured working and responsibility • Good knowledge of German
