Six clinics in Bad Emstal and Kassel as well as two medical care centres, several day clinics and outpatient clinics in the region care for psychiatric, psychosomatic and orthopedic care for patients of all ages.

Leadership, merger and further development: You bring together the teams of two previously separate companies, homogenize processes and develop the structures in quality and risk management continuously Optimization of systems: You design and improve our reporting and learning systems in quality and risk management Project management and networking: You start and run projects for quality and risk management Certification management: You are responsible for the certification of the clinics and accompany specialist certification and accreditation procedures of the medical specialist departments Employee surveys: If necessary, you organize surveys for employees, patients and other target groups Health policy in mind: You follow developments in health policy and implement new requirements flexibly and forward-looking Cooperation with specialist departments: Together with the medical controller, you efficiently implement the statutory requirements for external quality assurance

You have a degree Additional qualifications in quality management (e.g. as quality management officer) and methodological knowledge in clinical risk management (e.g. certification as clinical risk manager/in) Experience as leadership and project management in health institutions Safe appearance and good communication and method and consulting skills Understanding clinical processes, organisational processes and the aim to continuously optimize them High competence in the use of digital systems and the motivation to further expand their use
