Description Controlling customer orders in operation and in all areas involved Monitoring and control of the progress of essential activities to fulfill the contract Information and coordination of order processing with the customer, appointment checks Coordination and prosecution of changes or Corrections of settlement activities Consumption and prosecution of possible complaints Authorisation and monitoring of the provision of agreed documents to the customer Coordination of reporting agreed with the customer Active participation in pre-production meetings and project discussions with customers

Business studies with technical or commercial training with technical training Multiannual professional experience with customer contact in industrial environment Knowledge of international trade, logistics and finance Office Knowledge, MS SharePoint, SAP Very good English
