Senior Controller | Commercial Management & Processes (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consultancy for specialists and executives, is looking for a team leader controlling in position.

Our client is a growing group of companies in a technical, craft and project-oriented environment. The position is newly created to further develop control and commercial processes in a structured manner across the site and to more closely interlink. The focus is on understandable, practical key figures and control instruments that really support managers in everyday work. You work closely with the management and location management and create transparency about costs, results and economic developments. The planned entry date is 22.10.2026.

Building and further development of a meaningful controlling including relevant key figures, reports and control instruments Implementation of planning, forecasts and target-actual comparisons as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action for management and executives Technical coordination and further development of commercial processes and standards across multiple locations and areas Analysis of economic developments, identification of potential for improvement and monitoring of implementation in the participating teams Close cooperation with financial accounting, management and location management as commercial contact and savings partners

Business studies or commercial training with corresponding training or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in controlling or in a commercial control function, ideally in a medium-sized technical, craft or project-oriented environment Secure understanding of key figures, cost structures and business relationships as well as ability to translate data into clear decision bases Impressed strength in the construction and development of processes and structures with pragmatic view for benefits in everyday work Sovereign communication with management and executives, independent and structured working methods and will for implementation
