The Shared Production Unit (Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH) is the joint production unit and part of a global group of companies from ZEISS. They help to structure the comprehensive range of tasks, optimally manage the time and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation. Support of management in the administrative and operational daily business incl. Office organization as well as the independent takeover and execution of complete appointment coordination and travel planning

Organisation of meetings and workshops as well as the creation of decision-making templates and support in content preparation and preparation

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Good knowledge of English in word and writing are also desirable
