Own execution of maintenance orders in accordance with recognised technical rules Electrical tests according to professional regulations and VDE Testing, ensuring and documentation of operational readiness and safety of technical installations Deficiencies and the initiation of deficiencies performing and documentation of maintenance, inspection and repair work; Reporting of results to existing IT systems monitoring, instruction, control and acceptance of services of contractors; Support for claims for defects Maintenance logging services Standby to malfunction service Create technical documentation Other technical tasks following instructions Instruction of new employees

Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering Knowledge and experience in technical service, facility management and real estate management High readiness, flexibility and loadability High quality and cost awareness Responsibility, accuracy and care Commitment to customers and foreign companies Willingness to work outside the regular business hours (24 hours of malfunction service, possibly 3-shift operation) Mobility and driving licence Class B
