Together with the team, you are actively organizing and shaping the tasks of education, education and care for children (partially open concept) You are responsible for the selection and management of the staff You promote and accompany the development processes of children You understand building a trusted parental partnership with parents and regularly conduct parental and family talks You convey our educational concept to children and parents and implement it in your work You actively shape our diaconic work

(m/w/d) or a completed study of social education or childhood education You bring experience and joy in working with families and children aged 0-6 years with ideally you have experience and skills in management tasks You possess conceptual skills the design and strategic development of the new daycare facilities is important to you
