Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) These are your colleagues You want to become part of a dedicated and growing sales team? In the field, we are a team of 20 motivated colleagues and a colleague. We specialize in different areas of responsibility and regions nationwide. We are currently looking for effective reinforcement for our newly built team, which currently consists of a key account manager Benefit programs and a colleague in the sales service. You win new corporate customers, intermediaries, traders and Benefit partners for our programs You build regional and nationwide distribution structures for our Benefit programs You implement sales measures by phone, digital and on-site You create convincing offers, presentations and contract documents You conduct contract and contract negotiations at eye level You bring your own ideas to develop our Benefit programs You work closely with product management, especially in market and competitive analyses You support projects and work actively in interdisciplinary teams You agree with the credit department to credit checks You cooperate with the legal department in case of payment disorders and seizures You represent our Benefit programs professionally at trade fairs, partner events and sales events You appear as a convincing and sympathetic external representation of our programs

You have a completed vocational training and a completed further qualification based on it, e.g. economic specialist, leasing specialist You preferably have experience in direct sales in the financial or leasing industry - ideally also in the context of salary conversion models You convince with strong sales skills such as commitment, enthusiasm, self-motivation, target orientation and a very good organization You trade service-oriented and think at any time in the sense of our customers You bring strong communication, presentation and enforcement strength as well as negotiation skills You work structured, quality-conscious and reliable You are ready to travel throughout Germany - a service car, also for private use, is available to you You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You show commitment, self-employment, team skills, flexibility and are sure to go with popular MS Office products You work from the home office and have a separate room in your apartment that can be used as a workplace
