Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d)

You accept customer requests and process open, commercial questions in coordination with customers and the field service You create offers in SAP according to the technical department You work closely with sales managers and sales partners to ensure customer satisfaction You check customer orders regarding offers and price lists You create order confirmations and are responsible for delivery appointments with our customers and partners You support sales partners and customers throughout the entire supply and order phase

You have a successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as industrial or wholesale and foreign trade merchant/wife You already have professional experience in the sales service (offering and order processing) – preferably from an industrial environment – and have basic export knowledge that you have already successfully used in practice You have very good knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of SAP and are familiar with CRM systems Experience with AI-based applications is desirable Your German and English skills are good to very good, other languages are advantageous You are preferably in the world of business at home, but can also delight in technical products Their work is independent, committed and solution-oriented When contacting the customer by phone, you will be able to communicate, service-oriented and sympathetic
