Commercial/Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Your duties Ensuring the accuracy and punctuality of the entire financial reporting – monthly, quarterly and annual accounts General accounting, including stock accounting, debitor, creditor and property account accounting Monitoring and optimization of the main factors of operating capital, including debitors, creditors and stocks Creation of annual operating budgets and intermediate forecasts Maintaining and optimising processes for auditing, classification and accounting of financial transactions Creation of periodic reports requested by the management Processing of payment transactions and monitoring of open items Coordination of accounts and clarification of differences Management and maintenance of accounting-relevant master data Communication with customers, suppliers, internal specialist departments and the tax advisor

Successfully completed commercial training, focusing on financial and accounting Long-term professional experience in accounting, in particular in the manufacturing industry Knowledge of turnover tax Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with ERP or accounting software Structured, careful and independent operation Teamability, Reliability and Responsibility Experience in dealing with external auditors and tax advisors Good knowledge of English in word and writing Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
