Introduction and control of high-quality procurement processes, partly in English development and implementation of long-term purchasing strategies for cost reduction and Quality improvement Implementation of supplier reviews and audits as well as care and further development of supplier relations coordination of requirements (new parts, materials, machines, plants) with the Departments and Global Sourcing Organisation technical and qualitative testing of requirements based on technical drawings and Specifications for supply collection selection of suitable suppliers, collection and evaluation of offers and support technical tests Conduct negotiations on quantities, prices, delivery conditions and framework agreements – mainly in English

Complete study of economics, industrial engineering or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in metalworking Industrial or industrial environment Knowledge of the acquisition of metal components and the handling of Suppliers in the international environment Experience in conducting negotiations and dealing with complex Supply contracts Basic technical understanding for reading drawings and materials Standby for occasional missions (guide certificate class B required) German and English knowledge in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office and common ERP systems (especially SAP)
