Consultant of the Department of Infrastructure & Security (m/f/d)

The Infrastructure & Security Department projects and operates the technical infrastructure and supplies all the issues of security in system management.

As head of the Department, you work directly with the executives in this field of system management. You support and advise the management in matters relating to technical matters and tasks. In particular, You undertake tasks in the process management for the collection, maintenance and control of the process portfolio of the department. You represent the department in committees, working groups and overarching projects of the Amprion and in cooperation with the German transmission system operators.

This makes them part of a strong team that provides high-availability and safe technical infrastructure and building technology and also operationalises and develops the security of system management. Together, we make sure that the light comes out as the last - and that is safe.

Process management Capture the processes of the Department in suitable process descriptions and models Maintenance of process descriptions/models and adaptation of these to update Active participation for effective processes based on resources in the Department Conception and implementation of departmental and professional training Creation of on-boarding materials and processes based on process documentation and other sources for the incorporation and further training of employees Participation in the management academy Support in the planning and implementation of training Support for management organisation Organisation and moderation of management meetings (F3/F4/F5) including writing and task tracking Support through the design of control devices for the cable for KVP (characteristic values/ Dashboards, KPI etc.) Coordination of contributions to field-wide strategy documents (e.g. target process) Preparation of confidential topics for input into the management board of the system management (decision/decision templates etc.) Representation of the Department for Transboundary Cooperation In internal bodies and working groups of system management and amprion In the organizational structure of the German transmission system operators (4ÜNB)

Complete university studies, preferably engineering, (electrical engineering), (economic) informatics, safety technology or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in conceptual project or process work with interface or stakeholder management, ideally in the infrastructure/security environment. Knowledge of IT Security and Information Security Management System and Business Continuity Management desirable Very good German and good English skills (B2) in word and writing. Embossed, communication and problem-solving capability The ability to structure and present complex processes and relationships in writing moderation and communication skills; Experience in committee work is desirable Outstanding sense of responsibility and willingness to design maximum integrity and confidentiality; Experience with safety-relevant topics is desirable
