You support the sales management and our sales staff administratively and organizationally in the daily business You support the creation of offers and take over the preparation and reworking of customer talks You plan, coordinate and monitor upcoming dates, tasks and projects and prepare meetings before and after You create delivery papers for our samples incl. Shipment declaration You maintain and update the forecasts of our customers You support marketing activities and promotional procurement As required, you can create evaluations, presentations and protocols

You bring a completed commercial training and professional experience in sales – ideally, but not necessarily, from the automotive industry In dealing with MS Office, you are versed and have already worked with a modern goods management system Thanks to your communication strength and organizational talent, you always work customer-oriented and keep an overview even in dynamic phases As a reliable:r team player:in support your colleagues:in proactive and happy to pack You communicate safely in German and bring good English knowledge to exchange with international contacts
