Ensuring availability of the allocated facilities & buildings during the daily operating time to ensure smooth operation Ensuring timeliness, quality and costs for all new building, rebuilding and maintenance projects Responsible for compliance with all internal and external policies, regulations and laws Self-responsible, independent operation within the framework of the predetermined working environment Professional responsibility for the leadership of a team of about 5 employees (remd staff)

3-year, successfully completed vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic, energy electronics) and an extensive, subject-specific additional qualification or qualified training (e.g. technician) Successfully completed training for the foreign company coordinator at the BG ETEM Good communication and argumentation skills are required. Furthermore, knowledge from the field of SAP is absolutely necessary Good knowledge of German and English
