My tasks: Operation of the Windows Server infrastructure from 3rd level perspective: managing Windows Server environments, ensuring smooth service management processes and comprehensive OS/SW mapping and image update mechanisms based on SCCM, providing software packages via SCCM, tracking of operating processes (patch status, compliance etc.), Participation of the 24/7 readiness for the Windows team (approximately every 4 weeks). Development of Windows Server Management Infrastructure: design of an efficient policy, image and patch regime, ensuring high system security and availability (taking into account data protection and security); Implementation of the principles of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate infrastructure management and improve system reliability (Powershell or Ansible).
