Senior Team Lead IT (gn*)

You take the lead of a dedicated and highly motivated team within the Software Engineering Department As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with departments and executives, ensure a smooth running of all processes, align different objectives with each other and thus ensure the optimal processing of the topics Together with an interdisciplinary team, you are responsible for IT-related exciting projects and thus actively shape the future of Ernsting's family. You keep the strategic and operational goals of your team in mind, analyze results and continuously develop processes The development and motivation of your team are at your heart, you promote talents and strengthen cooperation Your experience in a commercial environment allows you to take over budget planning and strategic personnel planning in a targeted and responsible manner

A completed study in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable training in the software engineering sector (even cross-comers) Enthusiasm for stakeholder management and very good communication skills that convince and inspire At least two to three years of leadership ideally in the trade environment A high degree of self-reflection, clear understanding of your strengths and potentials, as well as the willingness to further develop your personal skills You lead with enthusiasm and a supportive leadership style and thereby secure team- and department-wide successes You already have practical experience in managing (IT) projects When you bring experience in software development, this is ideal
