For one of our well-known customers in the IT field, we are now looking for you as a dedicated IT support (m/w/d) user help desk at the Iserlohn site.

You are characterized by:

• Complete training as a specialist in system integration or comparable qualification
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
• Secure handling of Windows 11, Microsoft 365
• Experience with ticket systems
• Embossed documentation capability and structured operation
• High service orientation and very good communication capability
• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing and good English skills

• Processing and Analysis of Incidents and Service Requests

• Transfer of incorrect assignments to the relevant support units
• Close cooperation with the 3rd level on sustainable problem solving
• Creation, maintenance and application of new solutions
• Escalation of recurring disturbances or crisis situations to the client
