KABEG is an institution of public law with its own legal personality and has its seat in Klagenfurt. The Executive Board consists of a member appointed by the Supervisory Board.

In order to occupy this key position, a strategic thinking and entrepreneurial management personality is sought. Your tasks: Strategy development and implementation based on the country's objectives Representation and representation of KABEG to third parties Defining performance, personnel, investment, financing and budget plans Human and organizational development Risk management, compliance, accounting, controlling and IKS Technical requirements: Completed studies Experience and knowledge in strategic management Comprehensive knowledge of health systems, in particular the Austrian Experience in handling and interaction with various public and private stakeholders Knowledge of the objectives of the 'Regional Structure Plan Health Carinthia' (RSG) Management competencies: Entrepreneurial, economic and strategic competence Social competence and cooperation Management competence Decision competence Excellent communication skills including media competence Conflict and crisis management competence Implementation and enforcement competence

The annual gross salary is regulated in accordance with § 2 of the Carinthian employment law (Kärntner Contract Cablon Ordinance - K-VSV).
