What is the Flexpool?

The Flexpool is a network of nursing professionals operating as part of the failure management. The Flexpool employees are assigned to a master station. In case of unexpected failures or additional needs on other stations within the clinic, the Flexpool is sent to the respective station by the PDL background service.

Your duties

• Support for colleagues in emergency
• Personnel assistance on a station
• Implementation of intensive care
• Accompanying patients to other clinics
• Support for failures of staff

This will bring you

• A completed training as a nurse (m/w/d), health and nursing (m/w/D)
• Ideally experience in psychiatric care or the willingness to acquire new knowledge in this area and expand your knowledge
