We are looking for an employee social service (m/w/d) for the Dreifaltigkeitshof in Ulm in parttime (15-18 hours/week at a 3-day week).

What you do

• As a social service, you are responsible for the occupancy management in the residential / nursing homes and accompany the customers in the reconciliation phase.
• You are a reliable contact person for customer and customer concerns.
• When organizing offers and support services, you have the needs of customers in mind and promoting self-employment and self-help.
• You are networked with service providers and actors in the quarter to organise services (Case Management) in case of need and work with partners in the quarter to enable participation and networking in the quarter.
