Your role Analysis and further development of the entire value flow and the processes of small series production (finalization and ramp-up)
Training, guidance and coaching of the production team in safety, quality, lean and cooperation
Maintenance of work plans, test instructions, piece lists and production documents, as well as updating process-relevant standards
Systematic error analysis, derivation and implementation of correction/prevention measures and further development with Lean methods
Ensuring material supply within the small series and production quality
Voting with purchasing and supplier for technical or logistical deviations
Complete study of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
Embossed process thinking and ability to develop value flows with Lean Management, KVP, 5S, Kaizen, Pareto holistic
