• Conception and design of communication media of all kinds, such as mailings, advertisements, flyers, brochures, event equipment, with a focus on offline and sometimes online channels

• Conception, planning and implementation of creative communication measures and cross-media marketing campaigns for the national and international market in close cooperation with internal teams

• Retusche, clean drawing and optimization of our CI image world including creation of composings and effective key visuals (2D/3D)

• Development and creation of infographics, icons and illustrations

• Development and maintenance of our corporate design guidelines and templates

• Project managers as well as contact persons for our departments, branches worldwide and service providers (printing companies, agencies, freelancers)

• A successfully completed study in the field of communication/graphic design or training as a media designer (m/w/d) for digital and print media

• Multiannual professional experience in an agency, a company or comparable professional practice

• Professional handling of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) as well as Cinema 4D/After Effects desirable

• Technical affinity and experience in handling content management systems of advantage

• High level of creativity, a very good sense of visual language and typography paired with a high demand for aesthetics, quality and accuracy as well as the ability to conceptual thinking

• Knowledge in project management and use of AI tools to support design processes

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages

• Organizational talent with structured, independent working and team spirit and strong communication skills
