Test Engineer (m/f/d)

On behalf of a renowned globally active company in the field of drive technology, we are looking for a test engineer (m/w/d) for the Salzgitter site. The place is to be filled in full time as of now / in consultation. It is a parental leave for two years as part of the transfer of workers. You plan, organize and coordinate experiments as well as extensive series of experiments and determine the test procedures and experimental setups. You carry out tests on components, assemblies and products, for example for analysis of strength, wear, reliability or surface quality. You will evaluate measurement and test data, interpret the results and document them in meaningful test reports. You enter the test benches and test equipment, coordinate maintenance and calibrations and ensure smooth operation. You work closely with the areas of development, logistics and other specialist departments and support the organization and documentation of the test parts.

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, mechatronics or a comparable discipline. You could already gain (first) experience in testing, testing, product testing or testing. Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechatronics or PLC programming is advantageous You work structured, independent and analytical and address technical questions with a solution-oriented approach. You have very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English and are happy to work in the team.
