Let's get you into this: Organisation and monitoring of occupational and health protection and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Responsibility for fire protection including maintenance coordination, cost control and documentation Support for energy management (electricity, water, gas) including contract management, consumption analyses, audits and measures to increase efficiency Organisation and monitoring of waste management processes, including waste management, separators and necessary maintenance Management and coordination of operational insurance (e.g. building, vehicle and property insurance)

You have already taken this direction: Closed commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of fire protection, occupational safety or building management Experience in controlling external service providers and in technical building management Embossed organisational skills and economic thinking and action Safe handling of MS Office and digital management systems readiness to travel to carry out your future tasks in a comprehensive manner You do not meet all requirements, or are there any certificates missing?
