These are your tasks Focus: development, implementation and moderation of individual training (in presence and digital) and workshops for professionals and managers in our business area. Demand analysis: Conception, implementation and continuous optimization of personnel development, training and coaching measures. Contact person: Advising and supporting employees and managers in matters of personnel development. Project work: moderation and cooperation in various working and project groups. Further development: cooperation in the continuous optimization of personnel development processes.
We wish you Degree: Completed studies in business, psychology or pedagogy. Practical experience: Multiannual relevant professional experience in personnel development or in comparable positions, ideally in the financial sector. Training expertise: enthusiasm for training design, methods and tools (presence and digital formats) as well as an affinity for work with e-learning platforms. Flexibility: Openness to occasional travel within our business area.
You can expect from us An annual salary between 41,000 – 57,500 Euro (based on a 75% activity, TVÖD-S, max. E10) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree. 29,25 working hours per week (75%) and flexible working hours The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation. 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December and special days for special occasions.
