Process optimization: Defining new, optimized process sequences (systemic and organizational) within the SupplyChain and its interfaces Material flow planning: execution of material flow and layout planning as well as derivation of direct measures Responsibility for measures: Responsibility for the implementation of measures to optimise logistics Interface coordination: Close coordination with internal logic interfaces (planning, export, goods receipt, picking, goods outlet, external warehouses etc.) Key figures management: collection and further development of logistical key figures (service levels, throughput times, etc.) Continuous-time control: Ensuring the coordinated throughput times and, if necessary, Initiation of corrective measures in case of disturbances and plan deviations Standardization: elaboration of multi-site standard processes (e.g. work instructions, risk assessments, process descriptions, all kinds of documentation) Project cooperation: participation in customer projects as a representative of logistics Staff training: Planning and implementation of workshops and training of employees in process optimization, change or introduction
