Consultant - Smart Content / Knowledge Management / IoT (m/f/d)

Consulting & Project ManagementYou advise our customers on innovative digital strategies for smart product information and semantic information management. You take responsibility in challenging customer projects – from subproject management to independent project management. You carry out workshops, moderate complex coordination processes and coordinate various stakeholders on the customer side.

Conception and implementation of intelligent information solutions You develop use cases around smart content delivery, AI-based assistance systems, IoT integration, knowledge management and digital twins. You create information architectures, metadata models, modularization concepts and semantic data structures (taxonomys, ontologies, knowledge graphs). You design workflows, automation solutions and content lifecycles in CCMS environments.

Innovation & EnablementYou accompany customers in the introduction of new solutions and perform training, onboarding and enablement measures. You actively contribute your experience to the further development of our consulting and solution portfolio – from method standards to technology deployments.

This position is aimed at experienced consultants with sound expertise – ideally from consulting houses or technology companies with a focus on information solutions. Studies in Information Management, Communication & Media, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences, etc. Mind. 5 years of professional experience in consulting, ideally in the field of technical communication, smart content or knowledge management Practical experience with content management systems (in particular Component Content Management) Deep understanding of semantic information structures, metadata concepts, taxonomys, ontologies, knowledge graphs

Methodical & communicative Safe appearance at customers, moderation and workshop experience German and English skills Experience in agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, Sprintlogik, Plannings etc.) High communication strength, analytical ability and structured approach
