Operation Manager (m/f/d)

As Operations Manager, you're a real multi-talent. A position for real creators, because you are a contact person for all employees, carry out checks in different departments and pack up in the operational area. Your working day could hardly be more varied! You will become operating manager of a 163 hotel, 13 event rooms, an à la carte restaurant with 180 seats and many business guests on weekdays. You are also active in the back office: you monitor and tax revenues and costs of all departments and bear the responsibility for efficient personnel deployment through a precise schedule. What if the hotel manager is absent? Then take the lead. Head of the operational team to provide excellent service to our guests. Monitoring the restaurant concept. Oversight of all departments, including reception, housekeeping, technical department and food & beverage. Recruitment, training and motivation of new colleagues, recognition of talents and achievements together. Compliance with HACCP procedures and quality standards. Cost management and achievement of financial results. Bringing in continuous improvement proposals.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable position and affinity for Food & Beverage. You as Operations Manager have a completed training in hotel management. You have experience in leadership – that's why you know what good organization means and implement it successfully. You have knowledge in various systems. You have excellent product and product knowledge. You are full of creativity – ideal for the variety of tasks. You have persuasive power. You are a real team player talent

A gross monthly salary corresponding to your training and experience.
