Head of Division (m/w/d)

Peterstraße 5, 99084 Erfurt You take over the management of the Erfurt Building Division and work closely with the management as part of the strategic expansion of business activities in the region You build a network with builders, project developers, investors, architects and planners You take over the leadership and development of existing employees You are responsible for combining, controlling and managing internal project teams to realize the construction projects You advise and accompany customers from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification You have good knowledge of the construction market You can demonstrate multiannual professional experience with comparable tasks or are committed project manager (m/w/d) with interest in the next career step You bring a strong communication skills in relation to different groups of people Target orientation, negotiation skills and sense of responsibility are of course for you
