Electrical Engineering Technician - Building Services / Specialized Planning / HOAI (m/f/d)

Our neutral specialist planning in the field of domestic engineering ranges from the dimensioning of all parts of the plant to the tendering and construction management. Experience and Competence in offering evaluation, creation of professional project plans and construction monitoring are our strengths. You develop and design planning concepts for electrotechnical building equipment, for example with PlanCal Nova, and advise our clients:inside the solution finding. You accompany projects through the performance phases 1 to 8 of the HOAI – from the first idea to the execution planning to the final object support. As a central contact for technical questions, you agree closely with builders:inside, architect:inside and exporting companies. You actively support the project team in monitoring quality, appointments and costs and thus contribute significantly to project success.

You have successfully completed your examination as a state-tested technician or your studies in electrical engineering. Ideally, you bring first knowledge of HOAI or are motivated to work in the performance phases 1-8. As a communicative and team-capable personality, you convince in exchange with customers and partners. You work independently, aim-oriented and always keep an overview of quality, dates and costs. Your knowledge of German is at a safe level (at least C1).
