• Development and operation of the Modern Workplace, in particular the browser Microsoft Edge and Firefox
• Configuration of Office 365 Apps for Enterprise products for new releases and transfer to operation
• Support and implementation of integration tests
• Troubleshooting and handling tickets in the ITSM tool as well as cooperation in projects
• Close cooperation and support of cross-disciplinary teams

You

• has experience in the administration of browsers and the Office Apps for Enterprise and other applications
• already have professional experience in the Modern Workplace environment
• has experience with the browsers Firefox and Microsoft Edge, especially in the analysis of web services and authentication problems
• has a strong technical know-how in the context of Microsoft Office365 Services
• can demonstrate basic knowledge of Windows Client OS, knowledge of Intune are beneficial
• has a high customer understanding and analytical skills to capture complex relationships
• are open to agile methods and agile projects
