Tasks:

• Processing of adjustment processes
• Maintenance of personal files
• Support in the creation of employment contracts
• Implementation of wage and salary accounting
• Advising employees in personal matters
• Participation in personnel development projects

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or comparable Qualifications
• First experience in human resources desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Reliable and structured operation
• Team skills and communication strength
