We are looking for a Senior Specialist Customer Finance Controller (m/w/d). In this role, you control and develop our external customer-finance service provider and ensure efficient, customer-oriented and SLA-compliant handling of billing, receivable management, reminding, payment processing, debt collection and blocking management. As a central interface to internal departments, you monitor partner performance, control escalations, drive process improvements ahead and ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual and financial requirements. Your specific task: Control and governance of the external customer-finance service provider including SLA, KPI and contractual compliance Analysis of performance and key figures as well as implementation of reviews and management reports Responsibility for dunning, receivable management, debt collection, blocking processes and critical cases Identification and implementation of optimizations, process adaptations, changes and projects Ensuring regulatory, data protection and contractual requirements including audit and alert support

completed studies in BWL, economics, finance or comparable qualification; alternative commercial training with further training 5–8 years of professional experience in customer finance, debt, billing or debitor management Experience in managing external service providers, shared service center or BPO partners Impressed communication, negotiation and coordination strength Analytical, strategic and solution-oriented thinking High customer and service orientation as well as decision strength Sovereign appearance at management level and very good knowledge of German and English Ability to coordinate different interests in a targeted manner Very good knowledge of German and English
