Head* of Maintenance

You are responsible for the management, development and motivation of a 50-person maintenance team. You ensure compliance with all statutory and operational requirements on occupational safety, energy and environmental protection. You coordinate all maintenance measures as well as the foreign companies used at the site. You ensure the greatest possible plant availability taking into account costs, quality and sustainability. You take responsibility for cost control and optimization of maintenance costs and project budgets. You actively control and implement small to medium investment and optimization projects. You increase the maturity of the maintenance processes – especially in maintenance planning, Spare Parts Management, data management and the further development of more reactive to predictive maintenance.

You have completed engineering studies, ideally in chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field. You have several years of experience in managing teams in maintenance or technical management in larger production companies. You bring demonstrable knowledge in project and change management as well as experience with Lean methods. You have strong communication skills, innovative power and enforcement capability. You are sure to use relevant IT systems and SAP modules (ideally SAP PM). You have very good knowledge of German and English.
