In the Orgadirektion Contract Service broker organisation we are responsible for the contract management and the compensation elements for our sales partners of the broker organisation. They ensure that contractual and organisational cooperation with our sales partners in the intermediary and in relation to the Courtagen works smoothly. Then get yourself in: For our sales partners you act as contact persons: They are contact persons for courtagens from the Directinkasso as well as for contributions and courtagens from the intermediary-inkasso. In addition, you are the first contact person for questions from the sales partners for the intermediary billing as well as all the courtage and billing data included. They conduct written and oral communication with multiple agents, brokers, brokers' directories and departments to clarify differences in contributions and commissions in the intermediary's collection. You take responsibility: You are responsible for the independent processing in the intermediary and in the co-insurance business for the assigned, own jurisdiction. In doing so, you process the incoming accounting of brokers in terms of contribution, courtage, damage, insurance tax and other business incidents, enter these into individual items and clarify settlement differences. You keep an overview: The monitoring and control of the regular billing, the timely payment of the billing amount as well as the age structure of the balances of contributions is one of your self-evident tasks. Keep in mind the exposure risk, evaluate this continuously and initiate measures if necessary. They always work conscientiously: Your area of responsibility also includes the execution of billings and withdrawals to the sales partners on the basis of contractual principles.

Education: Your training as a merchant for insurance and finances You have successfully completed insurance specialist. Alternatively, you can present studies of business management or comparable training. Experience: A multiannual professional experience from job-related activity is desirable, but no prerequisite. They bring knowledge of insurance. Personality: They are characterized by an analytical mindset, a quick understanding and a structured approach. They are pay-affin and can adapt to changing procedures or even have an interest in developing them. Ready-to-use and self-initiative are of course for you.
