Security technician with a focus on burglar alarm systems in Frankfurt am Main (m/f/d)

You are a reliable contact person for all technical issues relating to burglar alarm systems (EMA) as well as adjacent safety systems and maintain complex inventory systems with our customers You analyze and troubleshoot EMA systems and their periphery (e.g. detectors, switching devices, transmission devices) – both by remote access and directly on site You carry out independent maintenance, maintenance and modernization work on intrusion systems in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines (e.g. VdS), including professional documentation You coordinate service operations, material requirements and processes in the object early with the project management and work closely with the regional service manager You identify optimization, expansion or adaptation requirements of existing EMA systems (e.g. extension of fuse areas, replacement of outdated components, integration of other structures) and actively communicate them to the relevant interfaces

You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering, system informatics or comparable and several years of professional experience in the field of building automation and/or safety technology

Experiences and deep knowledge of safety technology are advantageous

A self-employed working with communication and organizational capacity is not strange to you
