Education: Successfully completed studies in finance, controlling, economics or a comparable subject area, ideally with MBA Professional experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in finance or a related area with proven leadership experience, ideally in the automotive aftermarket industry Expertise: Experienced leadership with proven success in managing powerful teams, managing complex global projects and promoting innovation Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and demonstrable successes in managing financial performance in complex corporate structures Additional professional qualifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are advantageous

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personality: Exceptional communication skills and proven experience in the effective management of stakeholders at all levels Intercultural competence and experience in international work environments Organized, creative and motivated with a strong focus on success Ability to interact and act at the highest level (including C-level cooperation)
