As a (Senior) Strategy Associate (w/m/d) - Integration & Scaling you are centrally involved in the implementation of our integrations and scaling initiatives. You work closely with the Group Head of Integration & Scaling and the COO and take responsibility for the operational implementation across several companies. We need your support for that!

The Arsipa Group is a rapidly growing group of companies in the field of Health, Safety & Environment, supported by Warburg Pincus. With more than 1,000 employees, 20+ subsidiaries and 90 locations in Germany and Austria, we are building a scalable platform with sustainable value creation within the framework of a clear buy-&-build strategy. Our goal: one of the leading providers in the German-speaking market - supported by central functions such as finance, HR, marketing and IT at the Berlin site.

Post-Merger integration & control Post-Merger integrations of new subsidiaries accompany and control along defined integration phases and milestones.

Relevant KPIs such as time-to-integration, synergies and operational performance build up, analyze them and make progress transparent.

You analyze the performance of individual companies and take concrete measures together with the relevant stakeholders.

Defined integration and improvement measures You follow structuredly and ensure their operational implementation.

Scaling & further development Group-wide standards, standard operating procedures and governance structures are implemented together with our subsidiaries.

You actively participate in building and developing a scalable operating model for our growing group of companies.

New companies accompany you in the integration into existing structures, processes and standards of the Arsipa Group.

You identify best practices across different companies and implement them into concrete measures for operating scaling.

Stakeholder & Project Management You work closely with the Group Head of Integration & Scaling, the COO and the management of our subsidiaries.

As an interface between central departments and local stakeholders, you coordinate relevant integration and scaling topics.

You bring different stakeholders together to ensure clear responsibilities, votes and next steps.

Project progress, needs for action and relevant decision bases You prepare structured and communicate these transparently to the participants.

That's what you bring: Multiannual professional experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, private equity or a comparable strategic-operative environment forms your technical basis.

First practical experience in post-Merger integration, transformation, operational scaling, or multi-Company setups will help you.

Embossed analytical skills as well as the ability to structure complex themes, derive concrete measures and advance autonomously characterize yourself.

A pragmatic, conversion-oriented and self-responsive way of working as well as pronounced communication and stakeholders management skills round off your profile.

This helps you to succeed faster: Experience in a private equity, buy-&-building or fast-growing business environment would be beneficial.

Experience in cooperation with managements and different central and local stakeholders is desirable.

Knowledge of the development and implementation of operating models, standard operating procedures or governance structures would be a plus.

Experience with KPI-based performance management as well as the derivation and implementation of operational improvement measures would help you get started.
