We are looking for an employee social service (m/w/d) in parttime (about 23 hours/week) for the house on the Waldau in Stuttgart-Degerloch.

As a social service, you are responsible for the occupancy management in the residential / nursing homes and accompany the customers in the reconciliation phase. You are a reliable contact person for the concerns of customers and customers. When organizing offers and support services, you have the needs of customers in mind and promoting self-employment and self-help. You connect with service providers and actors in the quarters to organise services (case management) if necessary and work with partners in the quarter to enable participation and networking in the quarter.
