As a service engineer in the field service (m/w/d), we offer you versatile and exciting projects with plenty of space to contribute your experience. For our international/national customers, you are a contact personin, service coordinatorin and solution finder*in one. In our team, all hands work in hand and in direct exchange to deliver an optimal result to our customers. Installation, installation and commissioning of our information and tracking hardware components – e.g. radio systems, on-board computer systems, acoustic systems, digital indicators, ticketing systems and other products in the field of use of Bus & Bahn Work in the low-voltage range as well as in individual cases the organizing and monitoring of disconnections of the overhead lines in the installation area also belong to your tasks Close cooperation with our technical planning team for the smooth implementation of customer-specific projects Responsible coordination of service operations with regard to quality, time and logistic topics as well as proactive communication with our customers Head of Service Operations & Coordination of our external service providers (installation companies), including appointments, creating logs & checklists acceptance of our installed hardware and their documentation in the presence of our customer with subsequent instruction of relevant third parties in handling the new systems Service trips/service assignments nationally and internationally i.d. A completed electrotechnical training (electrotechnics, information technology, communications technology or mechatronics) or further training to the electrical technician with handpieces for mechanical processing Experience in technical field/project business with direct customer contact You appreciate working self-organized, are communicative, pick up your teammates with important information, work solution-oriented and attach great importance to satisfaction Your customer – then you are the right one! Responsive and resource-saving actions characterize you and you can quickly adjust to changing situations Flowing German and good English skills in word and writing help you communicate with our national and international service missions. Knowledge in French is advantageous. Valid driving permit (test class B) How is it going after your application? After your application, your documents will be sighted by us as soon as possible.
