You carry out all necessary administrative and administrative activities in conference management Planning, budgeting and controlling the cost centers and financial flows and take over cost center control You maintain the cost centers as well as orders and are responsible for billing private and foreign events at the conference center You perform ordering solutions and book them for the conference operation, including equipment and personnel orders You take over space management, including space booking (online and telephone) and create evaluations and analyses You coordinate and monitor appointment management and actively support the organisation of events You carry out supporting activities for the group management there
