As a specialist in the field of chemicals (m/w/d), you play a central role in the further development of our environmental, health and safety standards throughout the DACH region. You combine operational responsibility with strategic influence and actively contribute to sustainably strengthening our security culture. You work closely with executives, specialist departments and international stakeholders, advise on EHS topics and provide important impulses for future programs and initiatives. Your responsibility Support for DACH sites in the development, implementation and management of EHS programs to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory environmental, health and safety regulations Support for the EHS-Assurance Framework, coordination of EHS audit planning, reporting and data management and administration of EHS systems Development and maintenance of the EHS management system according to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 First responsibility for the implementation of EHS programmes, including accident investigations, root-cause analyses (8D) and follow-up of corrective measures Advice and support for operational and functional teams on current and future EHS initiatives and risks Examination of essential planning related to new operations, construction projects, plant relocations, acquisitions and chemical use

Complete study of chemistry, chemical engineering, electroplating, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering Relevant professional experience in the EHS sector in an international chemical company or a related environment Knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Embossed communication and consulting skills in German and English as well as ability to act as a trusting contact person at different levels Structured, solution-oriented working and joy in cooperation in a regional matrix organisation readiness to regularly travel within the DACH region
