with paygroup 8 TVöD for the city cleaning division indefinitely. You are assigned to the team management performance planning.

Your tasks

• Self-creating initial invoices based on contracts and performance certificates.
• Monitoring of revenue and expenditure in the field of competence under defined directives
• Competence assessment on the responsibilities of the bonnorange in the Geoinformation System of the City of Bonn
• Configuration of input invoices in SAP Fiori (e invoice)
• Costing and updating of the price sheets with the offices of the Federal City of Bonn and processing of orders according to clear specifications
• care and control of foreign companies according to defined criteria, including factual accounting
• Participation in award procedures (the creation of performance descriptions, performance directories, estimation costs and procurement applications)
• Creation of ad hoc evaluations and reports for management based on provided data
• Close cooperation with the operating area of urban cleaning

Our request profile

• completed commercial or comparable training or employee training I or Career skills for the middle non-technical service
• independent and independent work
• Very good numerical understanding and very careful, independent and reliable operation
• Secure handling of MS Office standard programs, especially good Excel skills
• experience in the use of geodata and the public award of services is desirable or readiness to incorporate into the information systems
• Bonn local knowledge is desirable
• very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1)
