Our focus is on the European market: Here we are exceptionally successful for many years with currently nine own country-specific online shops, such as profizelt24.de, houseoftents.co.uk or intent24.fr. From garden pavilions and party tents to industrial warehouses and container shelters – our products are the heart of our work.

It is. As the first respondent for our Czech customers, you will advise them by e-mail and phone to our products and find the right solution for every concern. You actively support our expansion to the Czech Republic by creating attractive content for our online shop (e.g. with Intershop). The careful collection and maintenance of customer data and orders in our goods management system SAP is also one of your tasks. Together with your team, you analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve our service and product experience.

You speak Czech at a very good level and have good German skills You have a commercial or comparable training and have first experience in customer contact Your empathic, binding and friendly appearance paired with your communication strength and your enforcing skills characterize you You can quickly and well-found yourself on different interlocutors: to set up their concerns and you can easily build a confident conversation atmosphere Your operation is structured and reliable Ideally, you have first experiences in SAP

An attractive salary between 36,000 and 42,000 euros per year, depending on the qualification. Flexible work design with the possibility to work on up to three days a week at home office.
