• Planning, controlling and performing test activities in different phases of the software life cycle

• Analysis, design and documentation of automated and manual test cases taking into account functional and non-functional requirements

• Close cooperation with our product management and developers as part of our agile and cross-functional software development

• Ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of the associated products by regular and systematic testing

• Professional leadership and coaching of project-related teams from Test Engineers

• Application of industry-specific test methods and standards in various fields, such as energy, health, media, etc.

• Completed studies (e.g. computer science, software technology, business informatics) or comparable qualification in an IT-related area

• At least 3 years of experience in test analysis and/or test management, additional experience with test automation

• Safe handling of agile methods and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins etc.)

• Existing ISTQB certification(s) or willingness to acquire them

• Good understanding and quality awareness as well as interest in working in complex and dynamic processes

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1) are important in order to be able to communicate smoothly with the team during everyday work
