Projektmanager (m/w/d) The focus of your activity is the technical management, i.e. the planning and processing of all the development components of the project. To do this, you agree closely with the project manager and the stakeholders within and outside the project and coordinate the developer team throughout the entire project course – from request analysis to complete verification of the system. You support the project manager in the planning and initialization of the development project; in this context, you will specify in particular the technical work packages within the Work Breakdown Structure; then you will guide the work package managers professionally and ensure the performance of the development performance in the agreed quality, cost and time frame. You are responsible for the overall development artifacts created in the project and ensure the orderly taxation, evaluation and documentation of technical changes. You provide smooth collaboration within the interdisciplinary project team and support communication with internal and external customers and subcontractors.

You have completed a Master's or Diploma Programme in the field of engineering or natural sciences, for example in the field of air and space technology, electrical engineering, physics or computer science. You have several years of experience in the field of engineering and technical project management. You will be familiar with the cooperation with a wide range of technical disciplines in development, configuration management, quality management, supply chain management and production. You like to think interdisciplinary, work team- and solution-oriented and communicate both safely and purposefully. Ideally, you have expertise in information security, product safety, testability or wartability. At best, you will have experience in military (great) projects and know the certification and accreditation processes. For us, you will also be interested in expertise in ground-bound air defense, guidance systems, radar systems or steering missiles.
