A task that challenges. As a technical specialist:in maintenance (m/w/d), you are the central coordinating body for all maintenance activities in the customer center Taufkirchen. You make sure that maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting are planned and controlled professionally: You are responsible for the entire field of maintenance - from maintenance and inspections to the processing of findings to the coordination of fault operations. You organize and schedule customer maintenance and make sure that all measures are carried out in time and customer-oriented. You dispose of orders to our service technicians: both our external partner companies and ensure efficient capacity planning and smooth operation. You process the order billing and ensure the correct collection and billing of all maintenance services. You monitor and control the relevant KPIs in the maintenance area and actively contribute to continuous process improvement.
