In order to strengthen our Group IT team (representation of SAP SD and other central sales-related applications) at the Munich or Linz site, we are now looking for SAP CRM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) – SAP CX Sales & Service Cloud

Solutions-oriented consulting and design within the framework of the roll-out and operation of SAP CX Cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Management) Analysis of requirements, design and optimization of processes, system configuration and functional description of extensions Takeover of system responsibility in this area Implementation of workshops Close cooperation with the departments and responsible of adjacent systems Coordination and control of external service providers 2nd and 3rd level support for these systems

Complete study of (economic)informatics, business management or comparable qualification First professional experience with SAP CX products (Customizing, Introduction ...) very advantageous Experience in relevant modules in ECC (e.g. CS, SD) or especially SAP CRM on premise desirable Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Self-responsible operation and rapid understanding Communication strength and readiness Good knowledge of English readiness to travel (max. 10 to 15 %)
